Welcome to UNOP

Sustainable Development Goal Logo

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development includes, under Sustainable Development Goal 17, a call to revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development, including through multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources toward achievement of the Goals.

The United Nations Office for Partnerships strives to serve as a gateway for partnership building between the private sector, foundations and other non-State actors and the United Nations system in furtherance of the Sustainable Development Goals.

In this role, the Office has four primary functions:

Coronavirus Response - OPEN BRIEF

In response to the global Coronavirus crisis, and the urgent need to reach the widest possible audience with fact based messaging, the United Nations issued an OPEN BRIEF to the creative community through the SDG Strategy Hub inviting the world’s creatives to develop engaging content around key six areas based on WHO and UN priority actions. We thank all who have come forward in solidarity to share their talent, assets and platforms to strengthen our response to this pandemic. Given the overwhelmingly positive response we have migrated the BRIEF to the Talenthouse platform for submissions.  For media inquiries, please email: strategyhub@un.org
