Dear Medical Plan Participant,
We hope you and your families are well and in good health.
You are receiving this email as a participant in the Aetna PPO, Empire Blue Cross PPO, UN Worldwide Plan or UN MIP.
Besides being responsible for providing the most comprehensive health insurance coverage to staff, retirees and their eligible dependants, the UN Health and Life Insurance Section’s (HLIS) main objective is to offer excellent client services to more than 150,000 plan participants, enrolled in one of the UNHQ administered health insurance plans.
As we have been increasing our communication efforts, we would like to receive your feedback on the client services provided by both, HLIS and the Third-Party Administrators that provide only administrative services to you as the participant of one of the UNHQ administered health insurance plans.
