CDP Secretariat introduces Graduation Diagnostics Toolkit during IPOA mid-term review in Antalya

During a side-event organized with FERDI as part of the programme of the mid-term review of the Istanbul Programme of Action for LDCs, in Antalya (27 to 29 May), the Committee for Development Policy (CDP) Secretariat introduced the Graduation Diagnostics Toolkit to assist graduating countries in preparing for graduation. The objective of the toolkit is to assist these countries in strengthening capacity for taking stock of their use of LDC-specific support, in assessing the specific advantages associated with such support, and preparing for the phasing out of it. Prior to the mid-term review, the Committee reviewed the toolkit and underscored the need for improving the capacity of least developed countries to address the implications of graduation in a systematic way.
