UNITED NATIONS AUDIOVISUAL LIBRARY IN INTERNATIONAL LAWIn 1997, the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, Codification Division, established an audio-visual library under the Programme of Assistance in the Teaching, Study, Dissemination and Wider Appreciation of International Law, and is now administered by the United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Library. The audio-visual library was created to assist States, in particular developing States, and their educational institutions, through the preparation and distribution of audio-visual tapes for the purpose of instruction in the various topics of international law. |
