The lead agency is required to submit a formal request for a reprogramming revision using the UNTFHS Programme Request form, with an updated Workplan and Results Monitoring Template with relevant changes included, and the completed Budget Revision Template (if needed).<\/p>\n<p>A budget revision should be submitted when there is a variance equal to or more than 20% of the approved UNTFHS budget by reporting object class.<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to Annex 5 of the UNTFHS Guidelines.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If a programme requires revisions, the lead agency is required to contact the HSU Programme Officer\u00a0before\u00a0any change is implemented.
