SWTP 2022 CAMPAIGN
Join the Senior Women Talent Pipeline
Since its establishment in 2014, no less than 57 appointments have been made of members of the SWTP for senior level positions in the UN at P5 to USG levels. The Senior Women Talent Pipeline (SWTP) at the Department of Operational Support (DOS) is the UN Secretariat’s flagship project aimed at increasing gender parity among senior level (P5- D2) civilian staff in UN field missions
The Application process
Candidates nominated or applying for the SWTP will undergo a competitive assessment process. This will include: written application with description of motivation and job fit questions followed by an assessment of qualified candidates and a review by senior UN officials. Inclusion in the SWTP does not guarantee selection for a job and candidates will have to apply for relevant senior vacancies as they are advertised. Apply here
