About the event

The Global Forest Financing Facilitation Network works in close cooperation with Member States and Collaborative Partnership on Forests members, to mobilize, catalyze and facilitating access to financial resources for implementation of sustainable forest management. The expert meeting is being convened to gather views on the contributions of the Global Forest Financing Facilitation Network to the implementation of the UN Strategic Plan for Forests 2017-2030 (UNSPF), in preparation for discussions on this topic at the thirteenth session of the UN Forum on Forests in May 2018.
