Susana Roa is a journalist from Ecuador, currently working as the newsroom chief at GK Ecuador, a well-known Ecuadorian digital media agency. She obtained a bachelor's degree in communications from the Universidad de Los Hemisferios, in Quito, Ecuador. She covers the economy, sexual and reproductive rights, and human rights. She produced a documentary, Los Que No Aparecen, about the missing bodies of people who died in Guayaquil during the pandemic.
