NGOs in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) can pre-register for the session for up to five delegates per organization. NGOs will be notified by 16 June latest (including a letter of invitation), if their pre-registration has been approved. Registration will follow on-site on 22 September. For more information regarding the on-site registration and the logistics of the meeting, please revisit this website at a later point.

NGOs and other organizations not in consultative status with ECOSOC may participate through an ad-hoc accreditation process, including pre-registration and completing a questionnaire.

A list of all pre-registered NGOs will be submitted to the General Assembly for its consideration. NGOs will be notified by mid-August if they have been approved; they will also receive an official letter of invitation. Once approved, registration will follow on-site on 22 September. For more information regarding on-site registration and the logistics of the meeting, please revisit this website following approval.

Not accredited
Pre-register by 15 June 2014, 5 PM EDT (including completing a questionnaire). Please leave enough time to fully complete the questionnaire (at least one day). You will be notified by mid-August of whether you have received accreditation including an official letter of invitation that will serve as proof of your approved pre-registration.

NGO representatives that have received a letter of invitation, have to register in person at the UN in New York on 22 September 2014. Please bring your letter of invitation (with confirmation number) and picture ID to complete the registration process (more information on this to follow).
