On-site Registration
In order to access the conference venue, you will need a UN-ISSUED CONFERENCE BADGE. Only this badge will grant you access to the Conference.
To collect your badge from Hall E at the Salt Palace Convention Center, you will need:
- a printed copy of your registration confirmation email
- your government-issued photo ID.
Registration check-in and badge pick-up will be open Sunday, 25 August to Wednesday, 28 August 2019.
In order to avoid long waiting times, we strongly encourage you to check in and collect your conference badge on Sunday, 25 August.
Registration hours are as follows:
Sunday, 25 August 9:00am-5:00pm
Monday, 26 August 8:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday, 27 August 8:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday, 28 August 8:00am-3:00pm
All participants will be required to pass through metal detectors and a UN Security screening process to access the Conference.
Please be mindful and limit what you bring with you as excess materials may delay the entrance for you and others.
