Seventeenth Meeting

      SEVENTEENTH MEETING OF STATES PARTIES TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA

      IThe seventeenth MEETING OF STATES PARTIES TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA was  held at United Nations Headquarters on 14 June and from 18 to 22 June 2007. The agenda of the Meeting is contained in document SPLOS/159.

      The following documents have been issued:

  • SPLOS/149 - Election of the members of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf - Note by the Secretary-General;

  • SPLOS/150 - List of candidates nominated by States parties for election to the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf;

  • SPLOS/151 - Curricula vitae of candidates nominated by States Parties for election to the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf - Note by the Secretary-General; Information about the withdrawal by the Republic of Slovenia of its nomination  is contained in document SPLOS/150/Add.1;
