Used in an established heading record to trace a see also reference from an established meeting name heading to a related established meeting name.

Reciprocal see also tracings may also be made between earlier and later forms of established meeting name.


Subfield Codes

$a - Meeting name as entry element (NR).
In UNBIS the complete meeting name is recorded in subfield $a.

$w - Control subfield (NR).
In UNBIS, $w contains a one-character alphabetic code that describes a relationship between the heading in a 1XX field and that  in a 5XX field.

    a - Earlier heading
    b - Later heading
