and the type of action taken (subfield $c).
The staff member's initials are entered in subfield $a followed by a one-letter
code for the type of action taken and the date in coded form
«YYYYMMDD».
The date is also entered in subfield $b in
coded form «YYYYMMDD».
The one-letter code for the action taken is entered in
subfield $c.
