Tag 598 was used in the production of the Index to Proceedings (ITP) to summarize the contents of the item when the system was converted from Mainframe to Horizon in which tags 249 plus 520 were used.

Used in records of the General Assembly (40th to 55th sessions), records of the Security Council (39th to 55th sessions) and in records of the Economic and Social Council (1984 to 2000 sessions).
