The attached Annex 1changes to the Technical and Operational Evaluation Criteria (TOEC) effective immediately to ensure continued United Nations support during the COVID-19 pandemic, introduce a new expedited technical registration process. 

In addition, for the next 90 days and until further notice, all on-site joint flight service vendor audits required prior to contract award are postponed. Measures will be put into place to ensure that the necessary on-site assessment are conducted as soon as practicable.
