5 November 2009: Dr. Betsy Baker, Associate Professor, Vermont Law School, on sabbatical at Dartmouth College, Dickey Center, Institute of Arctic Studies (2009-2010) speaks informally to the Fellows and Division Staff about her work in summer 2008 and 2009 as part of the Arctic Ocean continental shelf mapping efforts on the icebreaker USCGC Healy (with the Canadian CG cutter Louis S. St.-Laurent), as well as her current research on ecosystem-based management and possible scenarios for cooperation in disputed maritime areas (case study: Beaufort Sea)
