秘书长潘基文

高级管理小组

结构和目的

　　1997年，联大通过秘书长的改革报告，设立一个高级管理小组，由所有部门、基金和方案的领导组成，也包括四个执行委员会的召集人及其他秘书长选定的高级管理人员。高级管理小组被认为是联合国的“内阁”，通过高级管理小组，将各执行委员会与秘书长办公室直接联系起来。
