The United Nations Youth Leadership Summits are designed to help the next generation of leaders meet the tremendous challenges that the world faces and help find solutions. The goal is to help young leaders develop programs that contribute to achieving the Millen-nium Development Goals (MDGs), highlighting themes such as peacebuilding and the use of sports for development and peace, and to provide a global platform for the voices of the next generation of leaders.
