The United Nations Global Youth Leadership Summit

The UN Global Youth Leadership Summit will focus on strengthening the movement to engage young people in decisions about the future — the future of their communities, their regions and the emerging global society. It will also offer undiscovered young leaders a support system under which they can flourish, a network to mentors and a community of motivated people striving for a common goals. It will also be an opportunity for young professionals seeking a way to connect to a larger global community to make a difference in their path as they move towards taking their place in leadership positions. By bringing together young leaders, who consist of leaders of youth, as well as young professionals in the private and public sector, the Summit and the formation of a strong global network aim at helping prepare them for the challenges ahead and helping them to create a more prosperous, safe, peaceful, healthy world for future generations.
