The UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth, Ahmad Alhendawi, will address the Global Youth Economic Opportunities Summit on October 7th in Washington D.C . Running from October 6th-8th, the Summit features one hundred and four presenters from 40 countries will share their expertise across 50 different sessions and focus on increasing the impact, scale, and sustainability of youth economic opportunity programming.

This year’s Summit theme, “Scale in Practice”, offers concrete information about scale through interactive learning labs, breakout sessions and plenary. The summit will bring together over 460+ key decision makers from 70 countries. Summit sessions will explore the complexities of scale and feature:

  • Interactive Session
  • Hands-on “Learning Labs”
  • Focus on specific program examples
  • Processes of building a common understanding
