Children and young people from all over the World are invited to #DrawDisability!!

Submissions are now open for a global art campaign that aims to raise young people’s awareness of disabilities and inclusion.

Led by the United Nations Global Education First Initiative (GEFI), in partnership with the Global Observatory for Inclusion (GLOBI), and the GEFI Youth Advocacy Group (YAG), the #DrawDisability campaign invites children and youth to reflect on the lives of Persons with Disabilities (PWD), through drawing.

Artwork received by April 1, 2015 will be showcased at the World Education Forum in Incheon, Republic of Korea in May 2015; and at the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in New York, USA in June 2015. The drawings will also be shown on a dedicated page on the GEFI website.

Submissions will be accepted until July 15, 2015.
