The Office of the Secretary General's Envoy on Youth, UNESCO and UNDP met in Paris on 20-21 January 2015 to hold initial discussions on the establishment of a global initiative on youth policies, which is called for in the Baku commitment on youth policies. The Baku Commitment is the result of the First Global Forum
