Technical Cooperation Programmes Development of training materials to support national implementation of the Convention and to enhance the capacity of the Division and other institutions to provide more effective training The Division is engaged in the development of training materials to support its technical cooperation programme and to assist in efforts towards raising awareness about the Convention and its Optional Protocol, including a comprehensive manual on implementation of the Convention. The manual is being prepared in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights at the University of Utrecht and is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
