Tours
Guided tours offer an exciting opportunity to discover United Nations Headquarters and include a behind-the-scenes view of the Organization at work. Starting in 2013, we will no longer offer Audio tours due to renovation at the United Nations Headquarters.

Exhibits
Free exhibits in the UN Visitors' Lobby feature photographic and multimedia displays on important topics such as human rights, climate change, malaria, children in armed conflict, violence against women, sustainable development, and more.

The Visitors’ Lobby, where exhibits open to the public are located, closed for 18 months on 31 May 2013 as part of the renovation of the General Assembly Building. Exhibits will be displayed in the
Library Building where a Visitors’ Center will be operational until August 2014. Only visitors having purchased online a UN guided tour ticket will be allowed to access the Visitors’ Center.
Lectures
For groups interested in learning more about the work of the United Nations and its agencies, our Speakers Bureau offers customized lectures, video-conferences or outside speaking engagements. Our speakers are United Nations staff members who are experts in their fields and can provide an in-depth view on any subject, such as human rights, peace and security, environmental concerns, and social development, just to name few.

Shops
Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop located in the lower level of the Visitors' Centre is temporarily closed due to ongoing renovations.
UN Bookshop
The UN Bookshop, located in the lower level of the Visitors Lobby, carries the latest titles published by the United Nations and by other international publishers. You can also find a wide range of children’s books, posters, language publications and dictionaries as well as a variety of small souvenirs.

UN Gift Shop
In addition to United Nations and New York City souvenirs, you will be amazed at the unique selection of merchandise from around the world. The UN Gift Shop sells unique traditional handicrafts, gifts and accessories; miniature United Nations flags and the flags of all Member states. The Gift Centre is located on the lower level of the Visitors Lobby.
UN Women's Guild
Support the UN Women’s Guild (UNWG) by purchasing gift items such as pencils, t-shirts, hats, calendars and paper balloons, just to name a few. Proceeds from sales are used to help children in need around the world. The UNWG counter is located on the lower level of the Visitors Lobby.
UNICEF Gift Shop
Visit the UNICEF Gift Shop counter where you will find extraordinary greeting cards and unique gifts - from hand-woven scarves to hand-crafted items. There is something for everyone! The Gift Shop helps to raise money to continue UNICEF’s lifesaving work giving every child their chance for a brighter future. The UNICEF Gift Shop counter is located in the lower level of the Visitors Lobby.

World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA)
WFUNA has an information desk and sales counter located in the lower level of the Visitors Lobby; they offer a small but valuable array of items such as designers’ lithographs, tote bags, UN caps and t-shirts. WFUNA is a peoples' movement in support of the United Nations, created in 1946 - one year after the establishment of the UN. Today, the Federation has become a global network of hundreds of thousands of people linked together through United Nations Associations.

Stamps & Post Office
For the pleasure of philatelic collectors, the United Nations issues its own stamps and visitors can purchase them at the United Nations Postal Administration Sales Counter located in the lower level of the Visitors Lobby. You can also create your own UN stamps with your photo taken at the Personalized Stamp Shop located in the Visitors lobby and use them to mail your postcards at the UN post office.
