PUBLIC PROGRAMME - CONFERENCE SIDE EVENTS
Each year as we prepare our Annual Conference we think of practical ways to bring the message of the Conference not only to those attending the meeting, but those enjoying it from home via the web and the website. We also look for opportunities to involve the people in the host country who are not able to be present with us at the Conference venue to experience some aspects of what the Conference is about.
This year, taking account of our theme “Sustainable Societies; Responsive Citizens” we feel it is especially important to do so and to involve not only the participants who have traveled from far and wide to attend the three-day event, but also the German public, where possible, in events taking place in and around the Conference.
Our NGO Focal Group in Germany has come up with a public programme of events which will take place in and around the Conference. Check out our SIDE EVENTS and see whether you can attend the tree planting ceremony or the Town Hall meeting. We look forward to your participation.
