THE 2011 CITIZEN AMBASSADORS VIDEO CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED. RESULTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN OCTOBER 2011.

Starting on 8 August 2011:

1. Watch the Call-for-Entry video on the UN Channel on YouTube or on this site
   
2. Make a short video response - up to 30 seconds in length
   
3. Begin your video with the phrase "Excuse me, Mr. Secretary-General..."
4. Upload your video to YouTube
   
5. Fill out the entry form on this site
6. (Optional: post your video as a response to the call-for-entry

- Customized HD Mino Flip Cam courtesy of UN Foundation
- Honorary title of "Citizen Ambassador to the UN" for two years
- Complimentary flight + 2 night stay in New York City (date to-be-announced)
- Pitch your idea in person to the SG! Personal meeting and photo op with Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
- The winning videos will be screened at the UN by end of year 2011!
