2010 Citizen Ambassadors
In October 2010, six winners of the second annual video-contest "Citizen Ambassadors to the United Nations" were selected out of 30 finalists. Their videos exemplified diverse views on the achieving the Millenium Development Goals, and addressed world leaders.
The winners, Adetoye Oremosu of Nigeria, Mansour Albadran of Saudi Arabia, Olga Shibaeva of Russian Federation, Gerardo Mendoza Capetillo of Mexico, Connor Parker of Australia and Adam Burtle of the United States have been designated as “Citizen Ambassadors” to the UN.
