A photo exhibit commemorating half a
century of
United Nations assistance to the Palestine refugees
Through historical images and photographs
specially commissioned for UNRWA's 50 years commemoration (1950-2000), this exhibition portrays the
challenges faced by the refugees in their daily lives and the
accomplishments they have recorded over half a century with help from
UNRWA, the United Nations Agency dedicated to their well-being. Since
May 2000, copies of the exhibition have been on display in a number of
countries and venues,
