Final Ceremonies – Thousands of refugee children and youth
participated in final ceremonies of Summer Games. These included a
showcase of dabka and other folklore activities for 4,000 children
by children as well as a series of music concerts, theatre
performances and races put on by the participants of the Young
Talent programme. A final Summer Games ceremony was held for 11,000
children at Gaza City’s Palestine Stadium, with footballer John
Barnes in attendance. |
