Women’s Day 2009

The 8th of March is International Women’s Day (IWD). IWD is IWD is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. To mark the day a number of activities are being coordinated across UNRWA’s five fields of operations. These vents include film screenings, exhibitions, special classes, and international delegations visits.
