Other Toy Libraries and Donations
Already Made
Thanks to the contribution of USD 25,444 from Campaign for the
Children of Palestine (Japan) in June 2004, UNRWA will be able to equip
two toy libraries, one at the Women’s Programme Centre in Khan Younis
and the other at the Community Rehabilitation Centre in the Beach Camp.

Also in the past,
- Islamic Relief donated toys as part of projects to
establish Educational enhancement Centres.
- The Holy See funded two toy libraries at Deir el-Balah
and Rafah Community Rehabilitation Centres through UNRWA Project Office.
- The German Representative Office in PNA funded a toy library in
Nuseirat Community Rehabilitation Centres.
- Save the Children Programme, Gaza provided toys to Jabalia
Community Rehabilitation Centres.
UNRWA thanks all those who have supported toy library projects, which
provide Palestinian children with a safe and enjoyable environment in
which to play.
