IMIS Overview

Target audience

Staff who have little or no working experience with IMIS, and have been assigned responsibilities involving the use of IMIS.

Prerequisites

Windows XP Level 1 or equivalent working knowledge. No prior knowledge of IMIS is assumed.

Description

This course shows staff how to navigate and use the various user sessions. Staff are also introduced to the support resources which are available to them for use while performing their responsibilities.

This course teaches staff how to process a stock requisition using both the UN catalog and the Office Depot Catalog

Target audience

SStaff who have been assigned responsibilities to create Travel Requests in IMIS for their section/unit.

This course teaches staff how to process a travel request for the purpose of an official business.
