HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
As part of the effort to strengthen the capacity of the Organization in human and financial resources management, programmes in this section have been designed for staff and managers working in or interested in key areas, such as budget and finance, procurement, and human resources management.
Staff members with specific responsibility in these areas are strongly encouraged to attend these workshops, which are designed to strengthen their understanding of each system in the Organization, provide important policy information, and clarify respective roles and responsibilities in each area. If you are a staff member with an interest in one or more of these issues, participation may be secured on a space available basis.
OHRM works in cooperation with DPKO/DFS to prepare staff to undertake assignments in the field; as such, the Procurement and Contract Management modules may be offered for administrative field staff.
