  • Utilise the client service process developed for the UN

Client Service Skills: The Follow-Up Programme

day
(Team-based or open enrolment workshop)

Target Audience

Work groups, teams and individual staff members who have completed the 1 day workshop at least six months prior to enrolment in this programme.

Objectives

At the conclusion of the training, participants will have:

  • A reinforced understanding of best practices approach to excellent client service
  • Assessed with an experienced facilitator, their experience with the client service process

Topics Covered

Review of experience in applying client service skills techniques; Building and maintaining strong clientprovider relationships.
