Gambia
The
Gambia has finalized its Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers wherein
most of the recommendations contained in the adoption of the BPOA
and its follow up are reflected. Further, the Government of Gambia
instituted a mechanism for effective implementation by setting a
National Forum known as Interdepartmental Steering Committee charged
with the responsibility of monitoring and evaluating the implementation
of these programs.
