Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with the Members States of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM)

The Secretary-General met with Heads of State and Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). They discussed issues of interest to the Caribbean region including the UN cooperation with CARICOM, climate change and the post-2015 development agenda. The Heads of Government welcomed the recent appointment of Ms. Sandra Honoré, from Trinidad and Tobago, as the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).
