Today the Secretary-General met with H.E. Ms Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Minister of the Economy and Finance of Nigeria.
They discussed the current situation in Nigeria concerning the recent situation caused by fuel price increases.
They also discussed health, nutrition, and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
In addition, they discussed recent terrorist attacks, and the Government''s plans to address this threat.
