The Secretary-General met today, 19 September 2011, with H.E. Mr. Danilo Türk, President of the Republic of Slovenia.

They discussed a range of issues including the situation in Libya. They exchanged views on the latest developments in the Middle East Peace Process. Also discussed was Rio20+ and the importance and need to focus attention on health issues such as non-communicable diseases as part of the development agenda.
