The Security Council requested that the Director General of the IAEA submits to the IAEA Board of Governors and in parallel to the Security Council:
- a report confirming that Iran has taken the actions specified in paragraphs 15.1-15.11 of JCPOA Annex V as soon as the IAEA has verified this fact;
- a report confirming that the IAEA has reached the Broader Conclusion that all nuclear material in Iran remains in peaceful activities as soon as the IAEA has reached this conclusion.
Further, the Security Council requested the Director General of the IAEA to:
- provide regular updates to the IAEA Board of Governors and, as appropriate, in parallel to the Security Council on Iran’s implementation of its commitments under the JCPOA; and
- report to the IAEA Board of Governors and in parallel to the Security Council at any time if he has reasonable grounds to believe there is an issue of concern directly affecting fulfilment of JCPOA commitments.
