Nada Management Organization SA was listed on 9 November 2001 pursuant to paragraph 8 (c) of resolution 1333 (2000) as being associated with the organization of Al-Qaida (QE.A.4.01) for “participating in the financing, planning, facilitating, preparing or perpetrating of acts or activities by, in conjunction with, under the name of, on behalf or in support of” this organization.

Additional information:

Nada Management Organization SA financed terrorism and provided support for terrorist related activities, including the organization of Al-Qaida (QE.A.4.01).

Nada Management Organization SA was created in the late 1980s and its founding members and principals included Youssef Mustapha Nada Ebada (QI.E.53.01) and Ali Ghaleb Himmat (QI.H.43.01). The organization changed its name in the spring of 2000 from Al Taqwa Management Organization and was a close affiliate of the Bank Al Taqwa Limited (QE.B.34.01), which was established by Youssef Mustapha Nada Ebada in 1988 in the Bahamas and provided investment advice and cash transfer mechanisms for Al-Qaida.
