Violent attacks have decreased significantly in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, says the latest report on human rights from the United Nations mission in the country. But the mission, known as UNAMI, warned that the extent to which the reduction might be sustainable was not clear. Civilians continue to be targeted by Sunni and Shi'a armed groups through suicide bombings, car bombs and other attacks, the report continued.
