Ramis Şen

Ramis Şen is a Senior Adviser for Third Committee, human rights and humanitarian issues at the Office of the President of the ⁷¹ Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Ramis is a career diplomat who joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey in 1997. He has served at the Ministry and Turkish diplomatic missions in various capacities.

In September 2015, Ramis joined the Office of the President of the 70^th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Between 2007 and 2010, Ramis worked at the Permanent Mission of Turkey to the UN and was Turkish delegate to the Third Committee of the General Assembly. In 2010, he was elected as Chairman of the United Nations NGO Committee.
