CEO of TrygVesta Group, Chairman of Børnefonden / The Childrens’ Fund (Denmark)
Christine Bosse joined TrygVesta, a general insurer in Denmark and the Nordic region, in 1987, serving in various roles prior to her appointment as CEO, including as head of both the underwriting and claims departments and as Human Resources Director. She joined the Group Executive Management in 1999 and served as Group Chief Executive Officer of TrygVesta until January 2011.
Bosse is a non-executive director of Nordea Bank and chairs the Supervisory Boards of the Danish Insurance Association and of the Danish Child Fond Foundation (Børnefonden).
She is also a member of the Danish Welfare Commission. Born in 1960, Bosse holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen and completed management training programmes at INSEAD and Wharton.
