1) Download the accreditation form below, complete and fax it with the letter of assignment to Mr. Abdellatif Kabbaj, Chief of Media Accreditation & Liasion Unit, (212) 963-4642

2)  You can obtain your media press pass from the Media Accreditation Centre at the UNCTAD XI, São Paulo, Brazil.

3)   Present original letter of assignment, copy of “UNCTADXI Accreditation Form”, two forms of valid ID (e.g., press card, work ID, driver's license, passport) and proof of media affiliation, if applicable, as specified under Accreditation Requirements.
