JUDGE
NIETO-NAVIA SWORN IN AS AN AD LITEM JUDGE FOR THE ICTY
Today,
Monday 3 December, Judge Rafael Nieto-Navia (Colombia) was sworn in as an ad
litem Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Judge
Nieto-Navia has been assigned as a Judge on the Stanislav Galic Trial along
with Judge Orie (Presiding) and Judge El Mahdi.
