INITIAL APPEARANCE OF NENAD AND PREDRAG BANOVIC TO TAKE PLACE ON 16 NOVEMBER 2001

Please be informed that the initial appearance of Nenad and Predrag Banovic will take place on Friday 16 November 2001 at 2.30p.m. and not on Thursday 15 November as previously announced. The initial appearance will take place before Trial Chamber III in Courtroom III, Judge Fassi Fihri presiding.
