MILOSEVIC:
HEARING TO BE CONVENED REGARDING CONTINUATION
OF PROCEEDINGS WITH A SUBSTITUTE JUDGE
Today, Thursday 18 March 2004, Judge Theodor
Meron, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY), issued a Scheduling Order, pursuant to

in the case The Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic, to ‘ascertain
whether the Accused gives his consent to a continuation of the proceedings

effective 31 May, 2004, Judge May ‘is unable to continue sitting
