Today, 12 December 2003, General Pavle Strugar was transferred from Serbia and Montenegro into the Tribunal’s custody in The Hague.

Please be informed that the pre-trial conference in this case is scheduled to take place on Monday 15 December 2003, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Courtroom III.

The Press Office will keep the media informed of any changes.
