On 15 July 2008, Trial Chamber I granted a motion by the Defence and ordered that Momčilo Perišić shall be permitted to travel to Koštunići, Serbia, during the following dates: 15-30 July and 15-30 August 2008.

DECISION ON PROVISIONAL RELEASE MOTIONS

On 17 July 2008, the Trial Chamber granted motions for provisional release for all six accused but kept the dates and conditions confidential. However, the execution of these decisions was stayed pending an appeal by the Prosecution.
