Good afternoon,

I also wish to remind you again that the appeals hearing in The Prosecutor v. Mladen Naletilic and Vinko Martinovic will be held on Monday and Tuesday 17 and 18 October in Courtroom II. Court time has also been scheduled for 19 October, should it be needed.

The sentencing hearing in The Prosecutor v. Miroslav Bralo has been rescheduled for 20 October starting at 3.30 p.m. in Courtroom I. That will continue the following day from 9 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. and then from 3.30 to 7 p.m.

The Milosevic trial next week will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

In addition to the ongoing trials, in the coming weeks status conferences will be held in The Prosecutor v. Blagoje Simic on Thursday 13 October at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom III; in The Prosecutor v. Rasevic and Todovic on Thursday 20 October at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom II; in The Prosecutor v. Marijacic and Rebic on Wednesday 26 October at 3 p.m. in Courtroom III; and in The Prosecutor v. Rasim Delic on Thursday 27 October at 3 p.m. also in Courtroom III.
